While visiting a writer friend in Finland, I was amazed by her simple rhythm of work. Each morning, she cold-presses a jar of mixed berry juice and writes as she sips it. When the jar is empty, she rests.
No clocks, no word counts — just balance and calm. I hope to reach that kind of freedom one day.
